I'm the person in your corner who sees things from your point of view and gets the behind-the-scenes chaos under control, so you're not the one holding it all together.
I work with founders who've built something brilliant but reached the point where the business needs more structure than one person can hold. Everything runs through you, your evenings disappear into admin, and big decisions get made on gut feel because the real numbers are scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets.
I know that point well because I've lived it from the inside. I started out as a founder's Executive Assistant, looking after his business and personal life. When he launched four new businesses, a SaaS company, an agency, a consultancy and a product incubator, I built what each one needed to run from day one and worked alongside their MDs as a sounding board. The businesses quickly needed someone to lead their operations, so I stepped into the Operations Director role and built a central function behind HR, finance, IT, events and legal across all four. They ranged from 10 to 30 people, the largest turning over £4m.
Most recently, I spent two years working with the EMEA executive team of a global training company, in a chief-of-staff-style role. It taught me something every founder should hear, even businesses at that scale outgrow how they run, and things behind the scenes are rarely as polished as they look from the outside. Growing pains don't stop at a certain size. What matters is spotting them early.
I'm naturally inquisitive. I need to understand what's really going on and how everything links together. I've seen how much can hide in a business when the information isn't in one place, and how easily a business can be busy without being profitable. I hate seeing founders make decisions blind. So I don't just sort out how things get done. I make sure you can see what's making money, what's costing you, and where your time goes.
I'll always tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear, and I'll be on your side the whole way. The goal: more profit, more control, and never working a 14+ hour day again.
I'm based in West Oxfordshire, on the edge of the Cotswolds, working with founders in person locally and remotely anywhere.

Equinops exists because most founders are drowning in the parts of business no one warns them about, the admin that multiplies, the systems that never quite get built, the decisions that pile up because there's no one to think them through with. I built Equinops to be that person: the calm, capable partner who sees the whole picture and untangles it, so founders can get back to the work that only they can do.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all fixes. Every business is at a different point in its cycle, and what it needs changes with it, so my work is built for the season you're in, not copied from a template. I'll always tell you honestly what's working and what isn't, because naming the real picture is the only way through it.
