Officially, I am a business consultant and strategist, but I like to describe as closer to a business partner, someone who is in this with you, from the very first time we meet. Other ways that I have been described, untangler of chaos, friction finder & fixer, planning partner and battle buddy. All for busy founders like you. I’m on your team, I want you to succeed.

I work with founder-led businesses, across a variety of industries who have all reached the point where their business needs more structure than you alone can hold.

I’ve spent years inside of businesses of varying sizes, doing the work that answers that need, building structures, writing processes, implementing systems, building teams, getting things out of founders’ heads and into something the team can actually use. The kind of work that’s invisible when it’s going well, and very loud when it isn’t.

Having worked in operational roles across growing start-up’s, as well as global corporate companies, I feel much more connected and aligned to energetic visionaries, that have built something amazing but want more. More structure, more control, more balance, without being at the centre of everything.

Through Equinops, I deliver that work. I build sustainable solutions for founders, to help them meet and exceed their business goals, whether that is increasing profit or making sure they never work a 14+ hour day again.

I’m based in West Oxfordshire on the edge of the Cotswolds. I work locally in person or remotely globally!

  • Equinops exists because most founders are drowning in the parts of business no one warns them about, the admin that multiplies, the systems that never quite get built, the decisions that pile up because there's no one to think them through with. I built Equinops to be that person: the calm, capable partner who sees the whole picture and untangles it, so founders can get back to the work that only they can do.

    I don't believe in one-size-fits-all fixes. Every business is at a different point in its cycle, and what it needs changes with it, so my work is built for the season you're in, not copied from a template. I'll always tell you honestly what's working and what isn't, because naming the real picture is the only way through it.

    I work alongside you, not above you, this is your business, your risk, your name on it. I'm here to solve problems with you, not hand down instructions from a distance. I'd rather do excellent work for the founders who are a genuine fit than fill a pipeline with anyone who says yes.
